Over the last year Project Management (and project management management) has become a larger part of my day today responsibilities. In the last four months, I worked with a group of colleagues to develop a project management framework for the folks within and closely with Computing Services. We have put a lot of work in to what will be shared in the near future with the whole of the organization.

It is worth a read to get a quick overview of the reason this is important and to remember why it is important to invest the time in managing projects even when the urgency of the day to day comes knocking at your door.
